While we navigate through this cycle of re-opening, the Governor has asked businesses to have their employees working remotely from home when possible. We ask for your patience while we get our full staff back in our office doing business as before. In the meantime, our rental business operations are still open:

• Pay rent online by clicking the “Pay Online” button on our website, mail your rent check, or drop your payment into our accounting office drop box (check or money order only, please)

Be assured that we are working with various cleaning companies and vendors to increase the disinfecting and sanitizing efforts in common areas of our buildings. We look forward to the students returning to town and hope that they will use the CDC guidelines for social distancing.
