Under “For which lease term are you applying?” Select 2023-2024.
Complete the application with your applicable details. If you know your roommates for 2023-2024, decide together on a “Group Code” – this is how our Rental Office Staff groups together applicants. The code should be a unique string of characters (not a common word), at least eight characters long and contain a combination of letters, numbers, and punctuation. Please do not use a hashtag (#) or an asterisk (*) ! ALL APPLICANTS IN A GROUP MUST USE THE SAME GROUP CODE or there is a risk that not all group members will be assigned together.
Residents seeking to renew their lease are given first priority, followed by current ARPM residents seeking to move to a different living space. Remaining living spaces are then assigned based on order of application.
