My son spent his senior year at Locust Apartments in State College, and it was easily the best living experience he had during his time in college! From day one, the team at ARM was incredibly attentive, professional, and prompt with email replies. Because my son is quite tall, I requested a larger bed for his room—and ARM handled it right away without any hassle. The apartment itself was exceptionally clean, spacious, filled with natural light from the large windows, and featured updated appliances. Plus, the prime location allowed him to walk to campus easily every day. Having lived in some of the newer high-rise complexes during his sophomore and junior years—where elevators were constantly broken and things were always out of order—this was a night-and-day difference. To top it off, we received our full security deposit back without issue. I cannot recommend ARM and Locust Apartments enough!

ARPM was amazing throughout our entire stay. They were helpful in guiding us to the right place for our son. They helped us through some tough personal times at home and truly supported us in every way. We will no doubt look to work with them again next year! This was our 4th going through PSU & this was by far the best rental experience to date. THANK YOU !
