Mary was extremely while I was a renter and even a few years afterwards when I no longer lived in the area. I would not recommend any management group over them in the State College region!

I’ve had great experiences with the maintenance staff. After making a call to ARPM, I was easily able to schedule a service appointment for the following day. The team member who came to help was friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to get my issue resolved. I really appreciate having quick access to these resources.

ARPM has a good, established rental system. We worked with Michele (rental agent) at ARPM to secure an apartment and parking spot for our son. She was very pleasant to work with, very knowledgeable, and most importantly, she was upfront and honest with us. She was always available to answer his questions as well. I highly recommend contacting Michele if you or your student are in the market for off-campus housing.

Associated Realty Property Management (ARPM), and specifically our assigned agent Michele Witmer Haines, have been fantastic to work with as we searched for housing for next academic year as we move from a satellite campus to State College. Michele was always very responsive and always had time to provide answers to our questions, and experience we didn’t get with other agencies we were trying to work with. She was flexible with presenting multiple options when we were a little unsure of which property and apartment would be ideal for us. She shared pertinent information in a timely manner. In the end we are heading into next year with confidence and excitement for our housing situation for next year.

ARPM is the best! I have used them for my 3 boys over the past 5 years with 4 different properties. We have never had a bad experience and have nothing but great things to say about ARPM! Whenever I call the office they are upbeat and always willing to help.

Per my request for repair maintenance at my apartment, a repair person arrived at 09:30 EST the next morning at my apartment. The day & time was prearranged thru his supervisor the prior day. Brock was punctual arriving directly at 09:30am. I recognized him since he had been here before to address routine maintenance issues defined in the lease. I described the flooding issue of the left side of the dual stainless steel kitchen sink. Brock got right to the job. I informed Brock that I do not use the sink disposal for food scraps and that I place the food scraps into the garbage that I take to the dumpster when I take out the kitchen garbage bag. I also told him that I 'never' put grease into the the sink drain but that it is placed into a container to be disposed of properly. Brock determined that the disposal had rusted to being immoveable due to lack of use and proceded to loosen it. The disposal operated properly immediately and he took the initiative to level out the dishwasher drain hose to make certain the dishwasher drained properly since it was connected directly from the dishwasher to the disposal. In all, the frozen disposal was resolved in less than 35 minutes. Brock ran the dishwasher to insure his hose adjustment drained adequately and that the disposal worked well. Brock also suggested that I check the disposal periodically to prevent future probelms with it. I agreed. I closed by suggesting that Brock should get a raise for his fine work. I'll close by saying that I'm a retired educator of 35 plus years and used to evaluate (53) teachers and a third as many support personnel yearly. My beliefs are grounded in rewarding good work and Brock demonstrated good work in a timely manner. Thank you for the opportunity to state an opinion.

Thank you so much for your excellent and quick response to my son's non-functioning hot water heater. Service arrived about 30 minutes after our call, and the water heater was repaired (it needed a new bottom coil) within 2 hours of our call.
